Chad has over 30 years in the landscape industry.  He began his love of work by cutting turf and moving stones for his neighbors at Lake Floyd in WV at 8 years old.  Chad holds an MBA, and two additional Masters Degrees.

"I love education and knowledge.  After college I came to the realization that I was built to be in tune and to work with Mother Nature daily.  I am fortunate in that I use my education daily and very thankful I have the opportunity to work in a field that I have great passion and appreciation for.”   

Chad has been practicing professionally in the Charlotte, NC  region for over 8 years.  He has proven his desire to be fully and technically educated in the Landscape Industry.  He also belong to a multitude of professional and peer groups in the region.  He currently holds the titles of:

Wilson's Natural Landscaping has a very strong team of landscape professionals.   Mike Culp is the leader of our team.  Mike has over 4 years with the firm and is truly well versed in all aspects of the Landscape Installation.  He is punctual, professional and quality oriented.  Other team members are educated through our training processes and are excellent men possessing strong ethics and morals.
